LANGE NAMED HEAD CHEER COACH

Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Athletic Department has announced the hiring of Sheree Lange as the Head Cheer Coach.

"I am excited to introduce Sheree Lange as the next Head Cheer Coach at Indian Hills Community College," stated Indian Hills Athletic Director Kelsi Weeks. "Sheree is a dynamic leader who brings passion, experience, and a strong commitment to excellence, and we look forward to the positive impact she will have on our student-athletes and cheer program. With deep ties to Southeast Iowa and a strong understanding of the region, she brings both familiarity with our community and a genuine passion for serving it. We are especially excited for her commitment to building a competitive, unified program that will elevate our student-athletes to new heights."

Lange brings a wealth of experience to Indian Hills. The current owner and head coach of Sheree's Flip Flop Tumbling in Centerville, IA, Lange served as the Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Centerville Community Schools for nearly 15 years. Lange expanded the program significantly throughout her tenure at Centerville that included campus and community engagement initiatives.

As the owner of Sheree's Flip Flop Tumbling, Lange has built and sustained a successful cheer and tumbling program, developing athletes from beginner through advanced skill levels.

"I'm really excited for the opportunity to lead the Indian Hills Cheer program," stated Lange. "My goal is to build a high-energy gameday program where student-athletes are disciplined, hardworking, and take pride in representing Indian Hills on and off the sidelines. I'm looking forward to building a positive and accountable culture."

Lange began her tenure at Indian Hills May 4, 2026.
