Winners of five straight, the Warriors enter Saturday night's matchup following an impressive 92-57 win over Marshalltown Community College for the team's first conference victory of the year.

• The Warriors knocked down 10 three-point shots to run past the Tigers as five players scored in double-figures.
• Indian Hills forced 27 turnovers in the matchup while committing just 11 miscues on its offensive end.

Southeastern is off to a 16-2 start on the year and entered this week in the Receiving Votes category of the latest NJCAA poll. Saturday's contest marks the first regular season ICCAC contest for the Blackhawks.

• The Blackhawks opened the year with 13 consecutive wins, climbing as high as No. 10 in the national rankings, but are just 3-2 over their last five outings.
• Southeastern is outscoring its opponents by an average of 14.4 points per game in its 16 victories, but have been outscored by an average of 23.0 points per game in its two losses.
• Sophomore Shamar Avance leads the offense with 15.5 points per game while shooting 51.1 percent from both the floor and three-point range.
• Sophomore Keinan McFarlande enters Saturday night averaging 14.0 points per game and a team-high 8.0 rebounds per contest.
• Southeastern currently ranks 14th in the nation with 62.1 points per game allowed on the year, holding 11 opponents below 60 points this season.
• The Blackhawks are led by head coach Lorenzo Watkins in his eighth season at the helm of the program.

SERIES HISTORY

Saturday marks the 148th all-time meeting between two of the most historic NJCAA basketball programs that have combined for six national championships and 38 national tournament appearances.

HALL OF FAME

Indian Hills Community College will officially induct its Hall of Fame Class of 2025 honorees with a ceremony at halftime of Saturday's matchup. This year's class features two-time Olympic medalist and three-time national champion Kenny Bednarek of the Indian Hills Track & Field team along with the 1971 Indian Hills Football team.
