With a 15-2 overall record, the Warriors, ranked No. 12 in the latest national poll, are set to make the trek east on Highway 34 to take on longtime foe Southeastern in an ICCAC clash at the Loren Walker Arena.

• Indian Hills is coming off a 103-79 victory over Dakota County on Tuesday night, the team's sixth win of at least 20 points this season.
• With five three-point shots made on Tuesday night, sophomore Mason Costello sits at 91 career three-point shots, the most in the ICCAC over the last four seasons.
• With 13 points on Tuesday night, sophomore KJ LaMonte reached 200 points for the season and is now just nine points away from 500 career points including his freshman season at New Mexico Highlands.
• Indian Hills has won 15 consecutive regular season conference matchups dating back to the 2021-22 season.
• The Warriors rank seventh in the nation in total free attempts this season with 432.

SERIES HISTORY

One of the most storied matchups in junior college history, Saturday's contest marks the 62nd year since the first all-time meeting between the two squads separated by just 78 miles.

• The Warriors have won six consecutive contests vs. the Blackhawks, including the last meeting, a 72-56 win in the 2025 NJCAA Region 11 Championship.
• Indian Hills has won five straight games at Loren Walker Arena, dating back to the 2020-21 season, with three of those matchups separated by just one possesion.
• Through the last 139 matchups dating back to the 1970-71 season, the two teams are separated by just 10 points (10,476 - 10,466 in favor of the Warriors).

Southeastern is off to an 8-7 start on the year, having won four of its last five matchups:

• The Blackhawks are coming off an 80-75 double overtime victory over Moraine Valley Community College (IL) at the annual William R. Bear Tournament in Freeport, IL on December 13.
• Southeastern is averaging 66.1 points per game through seven home games compared to 70.0 points per game in road contests.
• Sophomore Jacob Franklin leads the offense with a team-high 14.1 points per game followed by freshman Jaleel Donley's 12.3 points per contest.

WARRIOR ALUMN SPOTLIGHTS

Former Indian Hills Men's Basketball Head Coach Hank Plona (2015-23), now the Mahurin Family Foundation Head Men's Basketball Coach at Western Kentucky University, recently reached 250 career wins with a 102-91 victory over Sam Houston State University on January 2. Plona, the second-winningest coach in Indian Hills history with 225 wins, has earned 26 victories through his first two seasons with the Hilltoppers.
