Ottumwa, IA – Eight members of the No. 2 nationally ranked Indian Hills Men's Basketball squad have been named to the 2025-26 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Region 11 Team, announced by the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Monday afternoon.
Three individuals were named to the NJCAA All-Region 11 First-Team in sophomores Mason Costello (Waukee, IA/Waukee), Taj Au-Duke (Toronto, Canada/Pepperdine), and KJ LaMonte (Davenport, IA/New Mexico Highlands). Fellow sophomores Chaz Watson (Kansas City, MO/Cleveland State) and Chiang Ring (Minneapolis, MN/Murray State) earned second-team honors while Ater Manyuon (Austin, MN/We Are United Prep), Xavier Wilson (Kansas City, MO/Staley), and Sawyer Mayhugh (Weston, MA/Queens) earned Honorable Mention honors.
In addition to the NJCAA All-Region 11 awards, LaMonte was named the 2025-26 ICCAC DI Men's Basketball Player of the Year while head coach Cole Dewey was named the 2025-26 ICCAC DI Men's Basketball Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season.

"I feel like this whole team deserves All-Region recognition," stated Dewey. "In my mind, we have 11 starters on this roster and they have all accepted, and played their roles to the best of their abilities. These guys have formed a brotherhood and a selfless love for one another, that will last a lifetime. I'm so proud of this group and what we have accomplished so far. These guys have shown a relentless drive to get better every day, and a consistency as a group that I am unbelievably proud of. It's not easy to win 30 games in a season, and we are excited to go make a run at Hutch together."
The Warriors have put together one of its most dominant seasons of all-time, boasting a current record of 30-2 while capturing the ICCAC regular season, National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 11, and NJCAA North Central District Championships. With the District title, the No. 2 nationally ranked Warriors punched their ticket to the NJCAA DI Men's Basketball National Championship in Hutchinson, KS for the 21st time in program history, tied for fifth-most all-time.

Au-Duke served as the Warriors' primary floor general on the year, leading the ICCAC in assists and assists/game while averaging a team-high 12.7 points per game on the year. Au-Duke's 159 assists this season are the most for a Warrior since the 2017-18 campaign. The sophomore was named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week three separate times on the year.
Costello put together another impressive season for the Warriors, posting 10.2 points per game while connecting on 64 three-point shots. The sophomore ranks 10th all-time in school history with 119 made three-point field goals. Costello earned his second career ICCAC Athlete of the Week honor on March 3.
In his inaugural season with the Warriors, LaMonte starred on both ends of the court for the nationally ranked squad. The sophomore ranked second on the team in points per game with 11.7 while shooting 50.2 percent from the floor and a team-high 85.4 percent from the free throw line. LaMonte added a league-high 46 steals on the year while tallying 2.6 assists and 3.1 rebounds per ballgame. LaMonte was twice named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week.
Watson served as the Warriors' top sharpshooter from three-point range, knocking down a league-high 79 three-point shots on the year, including a school record 10 on January 31. Watson currently averages 11.5 points per game while shooting a league-high 47.0 percent beyond the arc. Watson was twice named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week.
Ring proved to be a force on both ends of the court for the Warriors, leading the ICCAC with 6.8 rebounds per contest while pouring in 10.3 points per game. Ring's 1.8 blocks per contest also led the conference. Ring tallied five double-doubles on the year and was named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week three separate times.
Manyuon thrived in his sophomore season at Indian Hills, posting career-highs in nearly every major statistical category. Manyuon poured in 9.4 points per contest while shooting 50.6 percent from the floor in addition to 3.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals per ballgame.
Wilson made a splash in his rookie season in Ottumwa, powering the Warriors on both ends of the court. The freshman posted 7.6 points per game to go along with 5.8 rebounds per contest. Wilson reached double-figures in the scoring column six times over the team's final 11 ballgames. Wilson was named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week for the Warriors for the week of November 3-9.
Mayhugh made an immediate impact in his debut season with the Warriors, averaging 9.0 points and 4.7 rebounds per game on the year. The sophomore reached double-figures 10 times on the year, including three games with at least 20 points. Mayhugh, who was named the ICCAC Athlete of the Week of the week of December 1-7, scored a season-high 28 points on December 6.
Indian Hills has now earned at least seven individual All-Region honors in each of the last four seasons.
The Warriors will now await its official seed and future opponents for the upcoming national tournament. Indian Hills will learn its fate on Monday, March 16 at 5:00 PM CST with the official NJCAA Selection Show.
