WARRIORS CAPTURE TEAM TITLE AT FALCON CUP CLASSIC

Wichita, KS – The No. 4 nationally ranked Indian Hills Men's Golf squad captured its second team title of the year following a dominant showing at the Friends University Falcon Cup Classic at Auburn Hills Golf Club. The Warriors ran away with the title with a 19-under par.

The Warriors controlled the field in the final two rounds, combining to shoot 20-under par through the final 36 holes to win the tournament by seven strokes. Indian Hills used round scores of 289-277-279-845 to collect its second tournament title of the year, and the 11th overall title under head coach Michael Wetrich, dating back to the 2022 season.

Indian Hills saw four different players fire a round in the 60's as sophomore Nathan Pouchoulon (Aix-en-Provence, France/Lycée Georges Duby) led the way with a third-place overall finish for the Warriors. Pouchoulon closed out the tournament in dominant fashion, posting a 5-under, 67 in the third round to climb seven spots on the final day of action. Pouchoulon collected his best individual performance as a Warrior with round scores of 74-70-67-211.

Freshman Miles Bollinger (Eagan, MN/Cretin-Derham Hall) earned a fifth-place overall finish with a 3-under, 213 to aid the Warriors' surge. Bollinger produced the Warriors' lowest individual round of the tournament with a season-low 65. Bollinger has now earned three top-10 finishes through the team's first four events of the year.

Freshman Nathan White (Canberra, Australia/Lake Ginnindarra Secondary College) and sophomore Charlie Preston (Hampshire, United Kingdom/The Sixth Form College Farnborough) tied for sixth-place overall for the Warriors with a 2-under, 214. White sparked the Warriors in the opening round with a 3-under, 69 while Preston tallied a 6-under 66 in the third round to jump 14 spots in the final standings.

Freshman Harry McArdle (Burren, Ireland/St. Colman's College) earned a top-10 individual finish with a 1-under 215. McArdle finished the two-day event with an impressive 7-under on all Par 5 holes to go along with a team-high 13 birdies.

The Warriors' 19-under, 845 is the best mark of the season and the program's second-lowest total under par over the past three seasons.

Indian Hills closes out its fall portion of the 2025-26 schedule with the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Preview October 30-31 at Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton, KS.
