"I am currently a student at Indian Hills Community College, where I am working toward my academic and athletic goals. As a student-athlete, I balance my coursework with my commitment to baseball, which has helped me develop strong discipline, time-management skills, and a strong work ethic. Academically, I take pride in challenging myself in the classroom while continuing to grow as a learner. I plan to transfer to a four-year university to pursue a degree in sport science, as I am interested in understanding how the body performs and how training can improve athletic performance. My long-term goal is to build a career connected to sports, health, and performance. Baseball has played a major role in shaping who I am, teaching me the importance of consistency, accountability, and teamwork. I am grateful for the support of my family, coaches, instructors, and teammates who have guided me throughout my academic journey. Being nominated for the All-Iowa Team is a meaningful honor, and I am thankful for the opportunity to represent Indian Hills Community College."
Head Coach Dru Sebastian on Chang

Mohamed was named to the NJCAA All-Academic Third-Team as a freshman and is a three-time member of the ICCAC Academic All-Region First-Team. "I'm Shehabeldin Mohamed, a business major, working hard to build my skills in leadership and the business world while keeping up with my studies. I'm a hard worker in everything I do, always pushing myself to give my best, whether in academics, athletics, or personal goals. Wrestling has been a huge part of my life, I've competed internationally, and I am currently a member of the World Team, in addition to winning multiple African championships. Being an athlete has taught me discipline, leadership, time management, and how to push myself under pressure. I take those lessons into everything I do, from school to daily life. Looking ahead, I want to use what I've learned in sports and academics to succeed in business, whether it's in project management, entrepreneurship, or leading a team. I'm all about hard work, reaching goals, and making a positive impact wherever I can. Being nominated for the All-Iowa Team is an incredible honor. It motivates me to keep pushing, growing, and giving my best in everything I do. Thank you again for this incredible honor."
