Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Volleyball squad, coming off its fourth consecutive National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Volleyball Midwest A District Championship, learned its seed and opponent for the upcoming NJCAA DI Volleyball National Championship. The Warriors earned the No. 16 overall seed and will take on top-seeded Miami Dade College (FL) in the opening round November 19.
NJCAA DI VOLLEYBALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP - BRACKET
The Warriors, set to make their fourth consecutive trip to the national tournament, will head to Clarksville, TN to open up against No. 1 nationally ranked and the top overall seed Sharks of Miami Dade at 4:00 PM Wendesday. Action gets underway from the Dunner Center on the campus of Austin Peay State University.
The Warriors have earned three consecutive top-10 finishes at the national tournament, earning at-least one upset victory in each of the last two seasons. Indian Hills knocked off No. 3 seed New Mexico Military Institute in last year's opening round.
Indian Hills and Miami Dade will be matching up for just the second time in program history after previously meeting at the 2022 NJCAA DI Volleyball National Championship, a 3-0 victory for the Sharks in the semifinal round.
